Blurb
When Calla Tor wakes up in the lair of the Searchers, her sworn enemies, she’s certain her days are numbered. But then the Searchers make her an offer—one that gives her the chance to destroy her former masters and save the pack—and the man—she left behind. Is Ren worth the price of her freedom? And will Shay stand by her side no matter what? Now in control of her own destiny, Calla must decide which battles are worth fighting and how many trials true love can endure and still survive.
Review
Wolfsbane, was flat out amazing..and has left me kicking and screaming for Bloodrose..
(this review is so lacking, just know this book was plain epic)
Wolfsbane picks up where Nightshade left off, Calla and Shay have been taken by the Searchers, the people Calla has been taught are her enemies...but as secrets come to the surface, and questions are answered Calla knows she has been fighting for the wrong side..Now Calla's destiny is in her hands, Calla must decide which battles are worth fighting and how many trials true love can endure and still survive.
This book was a beautiful addition to the Nightshade series! I honestly liked it more then Nightshade I think, Calla is even more kick butt, the romance is steamier and I adored the new characters!
Calla is still confussed on who she is and who she loves, Ren the boy who saved her and Shay and let them go is still waiting for her, and she can't help but think about him constantly, even if things with Shay are getting steamier..
(I personally am 'okay' with Shay, but he made me mad, he comes off very pushy in Wolfsbane, with irratates the hell outta me. With Ren though you see kinda a soft side with him. ..I love Ren, and I honestly hope Calla ends up with him in the end..but I highly doubt she will.)
In Wolfsbane you will have even more action then before, you will get your questions answered, and you will find more about Calla struggling heart on who she truely loves. In Wolfsbane you are introduced to new characters such as Connor, Ethan, Monroe, and Adne, who are all fantastic additions to this series.
If you have not read Wolfsbane, please pick it up, it is nothing less then amazing and does not disappoint, if you have not picked up Nightshade.....you need to go get it right now!!! (:

Thank you so much for the review. I'm still waiting for our local bookstore to have this on their shelves. They're taking awhile with it. -.-
I loved Wolfsbane too. I love Shay and Ren - I can't choose! :(
I'm reading this right now! I'm only like 150 pages in, but I'm so overwhelmed! I LOVE IT already!
I think your review explained my own thoughts after the book pretty good. ;) I just reviewed it today actually!
I hate that Shay is so pushy too, but then again, he always was... I do love them both, but personally love Ren more. I seriously need Bloodrose ASAP!! Great review. :)

Yep this review explained my thoughts too. I'm so glad we're all on the same Ren page here lol.
I don't like Shay that much, I've tried to like him; and I wanted to like him in Wolfsbane, but he just came off more pushy than before. I Calla to end up with Ren, but I highly doubt that is going to happen...especially after Calla and Shay's scene in the greenhouse/garden or wherever it was...you know the one I'm talking about.
So glad you loved this Haley. :) Can't wait for Bloodrose.
