This Wednesday I am waiting on This is Not a Test by Courtney Summer.
This book is scheduled to be released  in June 2012.

It’s the end of the world. Six students have taken cover in Cortege High but shelter is little comfort when the dead outside won’t stop pounding on the doors. One bite is all it takes to kill a person and bring them back as a monstrous version of their former self. To Sloane Price, that doesn’t sound so bad. Six months ago, her world collapsed and since then, she’s failed to find a reason to keep going. Now seems like the perfect time to give up.

As Sloane eagerly waits for the barricades to fall, she’s forced to witness the apocalypse through the eyes of five people who actually want to live. But as the days crawl by, everyone’s motivations to survive begin to change in startling ways and soon the group’s fate is determined less and less by what’s happening outside and more and more by the unpredictable and violent bids for life–and death–inside.

When everything is gone, what do you hold on to?

"okay, so this book sounds, well intense, and of course amazing. So I think one of the main things I am excited for is...the zombies! The zombies, I am hoping will be awesome. Also anyone else just love this cover? It's so pretty yet not girly or anything with the blocked font and the blood splatter up in the corner. Totally love the cover, and sounds like a great read. Can't wait for June! (:"

What are you waiting for? (:

Although the cover is a bit freaky (but, not The Grudge freaky, freaky), the cover does look pretty but not too girly. And I haven't read much zombie novels so I think I'll pick this up when it comes out. Thanks for the recommendation! Check out my WoW for this week:

Looks really intense and scary. You have to worry about the living more than the actual zombies. Thanks for the share.
