With Pandemic ravaging the globe, Olivya's psychic Sight compels her to see auras riddled with the colors of despair, and now her mother is infected.

Olivya’s only hope is the mysterious Mikah, a powerful Empath who claims the Pandemic is linked to his clan, the Kindred, and their brooding, monstrous, Immortal Lord. But can she trust this boy who can manipulate her very emotions?

With Mikah's aid, Olivya races to unearth Kindred secrets, desperate to find a cure, only to discover the Pandemic is far, far more than a mere disease . . .

Review

“This little piggie went to market(ing). This little piggie stayed home (to write). That's it. Story over. The third was an idiot.”

It's the future and Pandemic is all over the world. It's the worst kind of cancer there is that you can never even imagine. Now Olivya's mom has it. It's up to Olivya and Mikah to unearth secrets and find a cure..but time is running out can they do it?

Olivya is a character I love, she takes a lot of risk but most of them are for the good. Olivya is a psychic who can read people's auras. She also can see sickness, like the cancer that is running wild. She is a take charge type of girl who you can’t help but, cheer on throughout the story. Mikah is a boy who she met in school which is all online. He lives with his clan The Kindred. He is a powerful Empath who does not want to be turned by the evil Prime the Lord of the clan.

We have a lot more characters in this story. Olivya's, mom who runs a Hospice house. She and Olivya take care of patients that are dying, which Olivya calls them GAD's. The Neo Twins are some more characters who you don't know if they are good or bad. Ayvilo I love this character and I am sure anyone who reads this will as well!

My thoughts on this story, I loved it. The first scene draws you in and lets you know what’s going on in the world. I like how Olivya and Micah met. The book alternates from Olivya's and Mikah's POV which really makes the story flow very nicely. The action scenes are awesome and well written. The twist and turns keep you on the edge of your seat. You don't know who is good or bad and it keeps you guessing. It's a great story for anyone from teens to adults.

Now my favorite line from the book is from Ayvilo

"You're going to have to do something about your hygiene before we can be seen in public together. Nothing personal, but I can't roll with some skanky grub."

You have to read how spunky she is. I know I rambled a lot but this is a must read for anyone who wants a new type of future/dystopian novel. Yes there are a lot of them out there right now, but this one is different from the rest!

Ohh, I love the second-guessing thing that readers have to do when they read a book! It keeps me so engrossed in the book.

That teaser...Ouch! Lol, that's a real ego deflater. Or yeah, my vocab is failing me now cause it's 4 in the morning here. Anyway, yeah, ouch! Haha. Great review! Very informative.:)

Thank you so much for this wonderful, insightful review. We're not ones for simple characters, like Spongebob and Plankton. We love to make them mysterious about what side they're on.

(I totally lol'ed when I read my piggy quote up there.)

Ayvilo is my favorite character. Carlyle gets the credit for that line. It was his job to make her very gangsta even though she's only six inches tall.

Again, thank you! We're thrilled.
