Yesterday was the live twitter chat with author Gregg Olsen, I was there, and you should have been too cause it was pretty awesome.  It was my first time joining a live twitter chat, and I will deff be going to more in the future! So anyways, I though I would take the time to show some of the twitter convo that I had with Gregg during his live chat!

Me: @Gregg_Olsen I Loved Envy, What can your fans expect from book 2 of the #emptycoffin series ??

Gregg: @ya_aholic the next book is even darker as Hayley and Taylor find out the truth. It's called Betrayal for a good reason #emptycoffin

Me: @Gregg_Olsen Looking forward to it, the Darker the better! Do you plan to write more YA books besides the #emptycoffin series ?

Gregg: @ya_aholic I have an idea about a love triangle involving a girl, a vampire and a werewolf #emptycoffin

Me: @Gregg_Olsen hah I must admit, this idea sounds very familiar..although I'm sure if you wrote it, it would be twisted and awesome.

Gregg: @ya_aholic was teasing #emptycoffin if I wrote it the girl would kill both of the guys!

Me: @Gregg_Olsen What a love triangle that would be.... Gregg Olsen=1 Stephanie Meyer =0 #emptycoffin

Gregg: RT “@ya_aholic: @Gregg_Olsen What a love triangle that would be.... Gregg Olsen=1 Stephanie Meyer =0 #emptycoffin” love it!

So this is to basically show, why you should do twitter live chats with authors, there quite fun, and an easy way to ask some of your favorite authors questions and chat! I can't wait for the next  author twitter chat I do! (:

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Find him: Website . Twitter . Facebook . Goodreads
BIO: Gregg’s interest in young adult (YA) literature comes from his fascination with that “moment when we define ourselves, plan our futures, and make the moves to get us to where we think we want to go.” As a father of twin girls, he’s seen those definitive moments and understands the rivalry among teenagers, particularly twins. “My girls were close, but also rivals in a way, too. . . . Hayley and Taylor in the series know that all too well.” A Seattle native who lives in Washington State, Gregg has seen the darker side of the Pacific Northwest and knows a little more about the area than your average guy. “There is something dark and beautiful about the Pacific Northwest," he says. “We seem to have an overabundance of serial killers out here–so many, in fact, sometimes I wonder if they have a secret convention in Washington.” A New York Times and USA Today best-selling author with thirteen books and sales of over one million copies to his credit, Gregg makes his young adult fiction debut with Envy

ABOUT THE BOOK

Murder is such a dirty word
Crime lives--and dies--in the deceptively picture-perfect town of Port Gamble (aka “Empty Coffin”), Washington. Evil lurks and strange things happen--and 15-year-olds Hayley and Taylor Ryan secretly use their wits and their telepathic “twin-sense” to uncover the truth about the town's victims and culprits.

Envy, the series debut, involves the mysterious death of the twins' old friend, Katelyn. Was it murder? Suicide? An accident? Hayley and Taylor are determined to find out--and as they investigate, they stumble upon a dark truth that is far more disturbing than they ever could have imagined.

Based on the shocking true crime about cyber-bullying, Envy will take you to the edge--and push you right over.

NEWS: Envy is set to be made into a film!! Check out the article for more information here

I've been cyber bullied before, so I am definitely very interested in seeing the perspective and how it's dealt with in here. Thanks for the giveaway and the interview.
