Hello blogging world!! So I've been gone a good while and I feel like an update post is necessary at this point. It's been a good year since I've been posting on here and even a year ago my posts were very spread out and just random..I have no excuse except for time goes by fast, and life outside of blogging can get the best of me.
In the last 15 months or so I went through a break up of a almost 7 year relationship which was an insanely difficult time trying to figure out who I was without that person, fast forward a few months later I met an amazing man named Chris, who completely swept me off my feet and quickly became my best friend and love, and now a year later we are happily engaged.
This last year has been an amazing one, but also just a busy one, rediscovering myself, spending more time with my friends, getting to know Chris and his family and friends, It's been an insanely happy year, but still blogging and reading have been missing from my heart for awhile now and I think it is finally time for me to take a step back, make me time for myself and spend it on things I love.I have neglected this blog for so long and I think it's time it deserves a little bit more tlc then it has received.
So now what's next for YA-Aholic?
I'm basically going to slowly just try to jump right back into everything. I will have a big giveaway coming up soon, some author interviews and in a couple weeks some book reviews will be coming back through, I also want to start doing a weekly 'would you rather book edition' posts which people will be able to vote on which one has their vote, I have some exciting things coming to YA-Aholic so I hope you all check back to see.
I want to thank everyone for being so kind and also being so understanding when I take these blog breaks, I appreciate you all so much <3

Glad to see you back Haley! Congrats on the engagement!! I just got married in April there is a ton of planning heading your way! Make sure to take a small hiatus around your wedding!
